Delete your QRooms account
You can delete your QRooms account in two ways:
Inside the app
- Open QRooms
- Tap More (bottom right tab)
- Scroll to Delete account
- Confirm
Your account will be marked inactive immediately. Personal data (name, email, phone, profile photo) is removed within 30 days. Aggregate rating data may be retained anonymously for the integrity of the rating system — see our Privacy Policy for details.
If you can’t access the app
Email support@qrooms.app with the subject “Delete my account”. Include the email address you used to register. We will process your request within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, photo, email, phone)
- Your check-in history
- Your match scores (kept anonymously in aggregate)
- Your achievements
- Profile likes given and received
What may be retained briefly
- Match results (anonymized) for the integrity of other players’ ratings
- Account identifiers for up to 2 years (fraud prevention)
- Anything required by Indonesian tax or legal obligations
