How can we help?

Open QRooms and scan the QR code at the hall reception. You’re in. If the app sits idle for 3 hours, you’ll be checked out automatically — no location tracking involved.

Once you’re checked in, the home screen shows other checked-in players at your hall. Tap to send a match invite.

Rating matches affect your QRating. Casual matches don’t — they’re for friendly play and score tracking only. You pick which kind when you send the invite.

Verified players have completed identity check with a hall admin and made it through the placement milestones. They show under their real name, appear on the public leaderboard, and can play in tournaments. New players start as Unverified and graduate naturally as they play — the app shows your progress in the profile.

QRating has its own page that walks through the formula, the placement process, the anti-cheat rules, and the edge cases — including why you can sometimes lose points after a win, or why a match between a strong and weak player won’t affect rating. See qrating.app/rating-rules.

Profile → Edit → Photo. Photos are reviewed by an admin before they go public, usually within a day.

QRooms → Settings → Delete account. Step-by-step instructions and the retention policy live at /delete-account.

Profile → Settings → Language. The app supports English and Bahasa Indonesia.
